The Maryland Judo Team
is training our area's next junior champions! Judo is the martial art that means "gentle way" it's flips, trips & fun!
Located in upper Montgomery County, the Maryland Judo Team is a family-friendly dojo, helping young athletes learn the Olympic sport of judo for competition or self-defense. We build strength, endurance and confidence! Kids of all ages find our practices to be very active and challenging. No pricey contracts, just seriously fun workouts! Our classes are led by a US national coach, who has helped local boys and girls win more than 100 state championship crowns! For more information about our program, say hello at
